    You can return the order within 30 days after receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
  2. Return eligibility
    To qualify for return, the product must meet the following requirements:

Unused and in its original state
Including all original labels and packaging
There are no signs of wear or damage

    Some products, such as customized items or final sales items, may not meet the return criteria. Please refer to the product description for details.

  1. Refund process
    After receiving and checking your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. The approved refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  2. Freight charges
    Non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  3. Exchange
    If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
